No. We start from the files you already use, Excel included. You explain how you work and we build the optimization model for you.
It stays yours, always, and we never use it to train any model. Customer, product and people names are replaced with codes before anything goes to the AI, and put back only in the answer you read. If that replacement fails, the request doesn't go out.
